Your phone system needs improvement. I called many times and left messages with no reply. I was put in touch with an Amy Walker who doesn't even work for Penny Mac. I had many anxious moments during this process that I needed someone on the MacTeam to answer. I finally got through to Robert Winkler to answer questions. On a different note; I feel your "sign in to my account" is too much security. A time sensitive code is sent to my e-mail to have to put in during sign in is a bit much.

Our experience was terrible. The first person that got our loan started, Gabriel, was fantastic. We received little to no notification when documents were needed. We were never updated. Tameka did not return any of our calls or emails. She even made an appointment for the notary to come to our house so we could sign closing docs but never sent the docs to the notary, never contacted us to let us know the appointment was cancelled. And we never heard from her, despite emailing and calling.

Let me start by saying Blen was the only good part of this transaction. She tried her best to keep us in the loop even when the loan officer and title company did a poor job. First we were told we needed an inspection (termite) we did not need, then we were told to pay $650 for the appraisal which I paid only to have you guys charge me $800. The underwriters and title companies created huge delays and frustration. I tried calling, but was only allowed to talk to Blen. She deserves better as do
