Our loan officer was hard to get a hold of at times, he seemed preoccupied. Also directions were not given at the same time requests for doc u sign. It took a couple of voice mails to get answers about documents, but then Marisol came into the picture and took care of business.
Tyra was great to work with and pleasant every time I spoke with her. Her birthday is November 1 and you all should throw her a big party for the service she deliver :)
Information was communicated to the company several times. I do not think people were paying great attention to the paperwork or the process. Too many people on the team responsible for the loan iat the outset of the process. I thought by the time it was just a single person, it would be get better. To her defense, it is often difficult to take a case in the middle of the process and expect extreme familiarity. My questions had to be fixed several times which did not impress me.
I was very happy with my contact she did a wonderful job she was polite, well mannered, and very quick I’m getting my paperwork through. I have been with Penny Mac six years and plan to continue on with them without a future dealings
The times for a streamline refinance involving the Corona virus are historic, but the service amidst hundreds maybe thousands refinancing was excellent...and the support, return calls for questions...for the most part Nancy was on top of things and very helpful during an otherwise challenging time.
This is by far the easiest and simplest transaction I made with refinancing! PennyMac is highly recommended.
Communication at closing was not timely and did not meet expectations. We were notified the day of scheduled signing or day before that our employers had not responded to employment confirmation requests and this had our signing rescheduled. For one of the times, I got notice from our ServiceLink notary and not from our PennyMac loan officer at all just a few hours before our scheduled signing. Aubrey ended up responding us after hours and we really appreciated him.
