First, my loan office was terrific. That was a stellar process. Everything beyond that was unacceptable. The communications with my loan representative went unanswered for several days at a time with no recourse. Guidance was not provided when asked, questions went unaddressed, and appointments were not confirmed. There were significant disconnects between the information provded via automated emails and information communicated by representatives.
The refinance process was smooth & simple!! And it took much less time than I thought. Thank you PennyMac for making this a stress-free process!!
My time was important to them big thumbs up to them . I really can’t believe how easy it was for me and the wife to have a way to achieve are dream of putting in a pool . I will go as far to say that are case worker needs a raise she was perfect in telling us of everything going on and she always checking the status for us , damm it she needs a raise 😊

Lisa-Danielle Lane did a great job. It was the process of the closing documents being incorrect. The last minute document requirements that were already sent prior.
There was a lack of communication between the different people processing the loan. I was asked to submit the same documentation multiple times. It was hard to get in contact with a representative. Overall, it was a very frustrating/stressful experience.

Rachel called us and e-mailed us about the progress of our loan throughout the loan process. It was nice to know what to expect next and not have to call PennyMad to try to get information.
It was a very easy process. They sent me list of documents to upload to their site. I went to the site and the upload was very simple and worked every time. The loan closed a little earlier than they had anticipated but they told me that might happen depending on how fast I uploaded the requested documentation. Then they sent a notary to my house with the paperwork for signature. That person was there right on time. The whole process was very simple.
