There were issues getting my employment verification completed multiple times. These issues were not communicated in a timely matter which dragged on the entire process.

I was supposed to close September 8 and no one showed up. I was told after that they had to verify my employment. I uploaded three checks to the portal. Verification should have been done more in advanced then the Friday of a holiday weekend before my closing. Then I was rescheduled for that Friday. Apparently that person was in an accident en route and called the company, but no one contacted me.
From the loan application process to closing on the loan, we experienced extremely helpful, knowledgeable and professional team members which made our experience great.
