I was pleased PennyMac was able to refinance my existing loan with them. After an initial hiccup, they got me to a loan officer that efficiently handled my loan from start to finish. Communication was timely, accurate and brief.
The refinance process for me was very smooth and fast. Pennymac was very responsive and professional. Loved working with them and would highly recommend!

I was told by someone that within 3 years the refi would pay for itself. That was total BS because my monthly bill only changed by about $ 37.00. $37.00 x 36 (months) = $1,332.00 now you tell me how that totals anywhere near the almost $13,000 that was paid.
edna was good at explainlng every thing. she took her time to answer questions. she made sure i had a clear understanding of everthing. she was the key for me . she had concerns for me
