We understand the inconvenient times we are in but we did need to provide the same info a few times and had trouble getting clear answers in a timely manner. Norma was great, make that known. It was the title company and others that we had difficulty getting clear answers from. We also had to have the closing documents revised several times before signing. Other than that it wasn't too bad.
It took 3 month to close and I have tried to get my sept payment back as closing was happening a week into the month. I would like to have that used as my Nov 1st payment and not just credited to principal.

Easier than I could have ever imagined. Called me every Thursday to update me on the process, and before you know it, it was closing time. I wouldn’t believe it had I not experienced it myself.
I initiated the streamline with PennyMac after receiving so many mailings. When speaking to Quintrell Hilliard she told me if got a lower rate she would change my rate and give me 300.00 off my closing. I did get the rate but never saw the 300.00 and I did not feel the escrow account was explained. Once it went to drew he was hard to reach and after several messages he called me. I think the payoff was higher than what I owed and expect I will get a refund for that. Closing cost increased
10/10 would re-fi again!
