Dave and Jennifer were able to walk me through the process which made me feel like I was in good hands. They were able to overcome the limitations of their internal infrastructure and poorly designed software systems. Sharyl Freeby was very considerate and a professional. The loan process and underwriting was a nightmare. Clearly the left hand is not working with the right hand. I received a email from the president at 1am. The email was truly a computer generated email.
