Letisia went above and beyond throughout the entire process and I could not have asked for a better person to work with to close my loan ahead of schedule...simply amazing customer service at every turn!!
The day the notary was going to sign documents something with the documents was incorrect. (What it was was not communicated to me) that day I was contacted by multiple people who didn’t understand what was going on, I didn’t know either. This lead to a delay in the closing and a different notary who clearly wasn’t happy with the change or the situation. Document requests were repeated, or requested unclear items, and when I asked for clarification, it was not timely or accurate.
More knowledgeable individuals who reply to you with information. I constantly asked to use my title agency and in the last moment I was told that it’s late. Lost 1000$ in the process

The entire process was fairly easy to go through. Nancy O. was wonderful and answered my questions and explained the process effectively. For me the most important issue was lowering my monthly mortgage payment and I was relieved when closing was over. I highly recommend PennyMac.
