Everything went as expected and the communication from the PennyMac was excellent. This was by far the best experience I have every had with a home closing.
Loan documents are confusing to most people. Song this during a global pandemic made it more disjointed and confusing. Not your fault. It's just the world we live in right now. Ss such, is recommend over communicating during this time. The mobile notary was a nice touch!
Jenny was very helpful and enthusiastic about helping me throughout the entire process. She was quick to respond and proactive in her follow up. I am very happy with my service.

The closing process was a month longer than originally discussed. I would receive weekly updates stating "Your loan is currently with underwriting, nothing is needed from you at this time", however, about 3 times, i received urgent requests for documents/actions needed on my end at the last minute. I continued to supply the same documents spanning 3 months due to the delay in underwriting review. I dont know why i was never told of pending items from my appraisal until 3 weeks after the fact
Everyone I communicated with and met with were extremely knowledgeable and made the loan process so easy for me.
