Heather is amazing! She's a consummate pro, a total pleasure to work with, and she made a complex process easy. She held my hand at every step of the way and ALWAYS answered my calls. I don't recall ever having to leave her a voice mail. She knew all the answers and if there was something she didn't know, she found out that day. More than that, she made me feel that my business was important to PennyMac and her personally. Thank you Heather for being awesome!

Working with Christine Perkins throughout the process was excellent. She was very attentive and answered any questions she could within 24 hours. Our loan officer, Adam Key, was the opposite. Although everything was completed during the expected timeline, I did not hear from him after July 31st despite multiple emails and phone calls requesting information and asking many questions I had. If it weren’t for the attentiveness of Christine, I would have likely switched to another lender.

Dennis Mueller structured variant figures and approved. Jeffrey Michener reviewed my loan, revised my investment with completed VA notes. Communication was terrible, and we experienced delay after inexplicable delay. The original closing date came and went without any updated communication from PennyMac. I had to ask for progress updates, and rarely received a satisfactory response. I do understand you are quite busy, but this refinance was handled very poorly. There were too many people involved that did not know what was going on. The web portal is also poorly designed, with confusing requests and sections that would not load.
