My PennyMac team communicated, returned calls and emails promptly providing an overall good refinancing experience.
We are still waiting for Edward Munoz to return our calls and answer our questions via email.
It wasn’t a perfect experience but Nichole was so prompt with communication and follow up that she helped alleviate the hiccups.
Everything was fine and as long as I could figure out how to take pictures of documents email it to myself and then download to the site, it worked.
