Nichole was kind and understand through the whole process. She was able to accommodate to meet our needs (especially with the closing date). It was a pleasure to work with her!
The process took a long time to get to the signing stage. The first signing apt was missed by the document person. Left numerous messages with Kami about the missed apt and received no response. Called Kami's manager and no response (left VM). When I did get a hold of Kami she behaves as though she didn't know what was going on. I must have left 4 VMs. She had to have known!
The loan refi app process was very disappointing. Denied because the appraisal was never submitted but done/paid for. Assigned a new agent, Raveena, who promised to communicate at least weekly but failed to do so. After over 65 days of waiting, emailing and calling, the loan was approved by email. Paperwork sent late to CPO, so more waiting. Closing date was set and didn't occur because agent didn't show!Got a call back a week later trying to justify the title co! Finally closed week later.

Called to see what the fuss was with these “record low” interest rates and wether it would be beneficial to refinance. Received an amazing deal cutting the total amount of my loan in half with new interest and a better shorter term. 5/5 would recommend
Nichole Littleon did a wonderful job. There should be more Nichole"s in your company.
Cheree did a horrible job at communicating. She didn't answer the calls 90% of the time. She didn't answer my questions on closing costs. Rather than asking all the documents at once, she continued asking for them, which made it so unpredictable.
It took way to long to get closed
Communications were great. Carmaletta was great. The only thing that was requested that I haven’t got an answer on was Whether or not I got a copy of the title search.
