Process was very easy and my processor was in constant communication with me. She addressed any questions or concerns i had with my loan.
Customer service was excellent and is 10+/10. Team worked to close quickly which helped me save money. The only reason I didn't give a 10 is that I still feel the closing costs (particularly staying with the same company) could have/should have been less.
I was very happy with my refinance experience from start to finish. The hand-off from Mr. Derek Esterberg to Mr Andrew Mortenson was flawless. The communication was very clear and only requested the required documentations once. All of our questions were answered to our satisfaction and all our phone calls and emails were returned or answered. I would like to thank the two gentlemen who helped us in our refinancing and I commend their great effort in getting the job done right.
There are several areas of improvement. Major issues were 1. Closing was scheduled but no one showed up or communicated that its cancelled 2. Correct Closing disclosure was not provided even after requesting several times 3. Several email follow-up was unanswered and had to call to get someone to respond 4. Title company I had asked to use at the time of rate lock was not assigned for title and closing and because of that I have to pay $399 to trust attorney to transfer the deed to my trust.
The process was smooth, accurate, and extremely fast! Thank you!!!!
Kyle was absolutely wonderful! All of my questions were answered expeditiously! I called, he called back. I sent an email, he responded the same day. Please note, I reached out before and after traditional business hours. I would recommend Kyle to my friends. He is very responsive and very professional. He made me feel I was his only client!
Jami manning was great to deal with! She was polite and very responsive to all of our Annoying questions. Thanks for everything Jami. Tiffany Tyson-Jones was also great deal deal with. Over all great experience.
It was a great decision that i chose to refinance with PennyMac. The whole experience was very smooth, from getting a quote to closing. Kyle was very prompt in keeping me updates and answering all my questions throughout the process. It was a pleasure working with the whole MAC team and i look forward to working with them again in the future.
Clear lack of communication with the whole org. Closing documents were incorrect multiple times. Closing date was a month longer than initially quoted, causing me to pay a late fee on my mortgage, for which i was assured would be refunded and never was. Tiffany is also quite rude, talks very fast like she is trying to get you off the phone as fast as she can. Absolutely horrible experience. Also, where is my late fee i was promised would be returned?
