Communication was horrible. Didn’t hear from anyone when I requested info. Not pleased.

Overall I feel the experience was good
I was sent an email that I needed to upload documents and I would that day and send an email because the ports was not easy to use with your phone. I never received a call or email back in regards to my email. Then the following week I would get a call that they needed documents. I had already submitted them. I was supposed to get a call weekly to tell me the progress, that didn’t happen. This also happened with closing documents online.
