Pennymac was great to work with for our refinance. The process was very fast, smooth and their rates were very competitive. They had great follow up and very helpful representatives. We are very pleased with how things went and highly recommend Pennymac to others.
The whole procedure of refi-ing took less then 3 weeks, even in these days of covid time is very important and we didn't have to leave the house.
Process was very easy except it's difficult to contact folks because of the number of people applying for refi. Contact by phone at the general number was almost impossible. Tami kept me up to date which was very helpful.
