The process too too long, I know that the quarantine had a lot to do with the timing, but I actually considered calling another mortgage lender to get funding thru them. But, it finally went thru. So I'm glad I waited it out.

We had been requested multiple times for the same documents. Submitted early in the week, then requested again on Friday... and get a message saying “to ensure your loan closes on time we need these documents.”
Michelle B. made this whole process as easy as possible. I'm surprised at how simple she made everything for us and truly appreciate it. After only hearing horror stories when it comes to home loans I was pleasantly surprised that none of that applied to our interaction.
