I received an incorrect amount for Closing than stated from the beginning of the application process. However, when this was communicated, it was corrected quickly. The Closing Package had the wrong amount entered on the closing payment coupon & Other first payment documents. Advised the Processor who said this was escalated but I have not spoken with anyone to date on whether this was corrected or not.
Easiest refinancing process. I just uploaded requested documents to an online portal and waited for closing.

Will and Drew were great. The only issue was receiving several emails that requested esignatures and uploads which were not required and caused confusion.

I don’t know who Drew Schmelig is? Never work with him that I can remember. The guy who I give all the credit to is the one I initially talked to. Unfortunately I don’t remember his name. Give him a raise!!!!! He’s the guy that answered all my questions the rest of these people didn’t do crap!
