For me the main thing was the patience i received. I had alot of questions and I'm sure i asked the same questions more than once. Everyone that worked with me seemed very experienced. Would recommend PennyMac to my family and friends for sure.

Every question was answered truthfully and to the best of Jenny’s ability. It was a quick closing. Nothing was missing. I was given a closing cost estimate that was reasonable. I originally can for an equity loan but I didn’t have enough equity and I was introduced to a FHA Streamline. I love PennyMac and will continue to do business with you guys for all my mortgages. Thank you.

Nichole was very helpful. The guy we worked with in the beginning did not set realistic expectations as to how long the process would take, which caused some frustration, but Nichole set everything right and got us through the process as best she could given the realities of the market.

I obtained a good rate after the loan process. The pandemic slowed things down with the response but, considering that's a problem with every loan provider during the pandemic, I would say it was an overall good experience.
