Overall the process went pretty smooth. The loan application / approval process was quick and informative. The online system was easy to use. I received good communication throughout. I was a little surprised that I wasn’t offered a choice in Title Company, as that caused a few day delay and is no longer local for me, but otherwise my experience throughout the process was great.

The only thing I like about this transaction was the interest rate. Which to be honest, I could have received from your competitors, had I just try. I will most likely never refinance with you. With this level of service you are destined to be the next CountryWide Home loans. We all know what happened to them!!!!!!
