Fast, clean. Exceeded my expectations!
Honestly it mostly came down to your phone system. When someone is scheduled to close on a weekend there should be SOMEONE that a person can talk to other than tech support. Neither Mr. Mueller or Mr. Mitchener (?) were able to be reached and the phone system wouldn’t allow me the opportunity to speak to anyone else and that is not okay. The title company and notary didn’t receive documents so we ended up having to reschedule closing twice which pushed our date into a new month.
Better communication between initial local loan officer and home loan specialist in Missouri, as well as better communication between home loan specialist and legal department in Florida.
PennyMac did us proud!
Monisha was wonderful! We began getting frustrated about halfway through the process because of the long wait times due to the rates. But she was able to reassure us and walk us through the process beautifully.

Everything went smoothly, even when the representative I started the process with was no longer with the company. The email and portal communications were very helpful as I am unavailable for phone calls a large portion of the day.
