Loved the experience... everything was well explained and they worked fast to make it happen.. when I asked a question they didn’t make u feel dumb they explained I. A way that was clear.. and every week they updated me on the status ... thanx again for making this an easy experience
The initial dialogue with the Loan Officer was very efficient, accurate and straight-forward. Unfortunately the support staff did not follow through with accurate responses. Disclosure Statements had to be revised four times, and the final Disclosure Statement that was provided on the Closing Date was still inaccurate, but I reluctantly sign anyway. During the last two weeks of the process I had multiple conversations with John Buchanan to continually correct his mistakes. Very frustrating.
What would have made it better? -Communication on a regular basis, not every other week when it was often too late to resolve any issues. -Attention to detail, there were basic items that should have been caught when documents were requested. At every level of the process items were missed and it was not brought to my attention until I asked. Frankly, I'm surprised you are an actual bank and that I have to pay you thousands of dollars.
Faster communication when questions are asked would be great. I would also have preferred to have been able to speak with Jason over the phone rather than through email.
Everyone I spoke with was very nice and answered all my questions. And also explained things that I did not understand.
Jason was awesome.
From start to finish 22 days using only my cell phone my alarm processor was very patient and very accurate with his information regarding my refinance couldn’t ask for anything more.👍💥

No communication for day/weeks at a times. No level of perosnalized service continuity. Loan officer and processor unresponsive often. Had to escalate to manager then would get call backs.
