It was great job with pennymac loan officer manager and assistant manager.thak you both of you.
It took over two months from start to finish. I did understand that because of the COVID and volume of refinancing going on but it was a little disappointing.
Easy to sign documents electronically and to schedule a signing with notary.
Andrew is an amazing person to work with. He responded all my questions and calls with a clear answers. Great job Andrew!
Only issue I had was the loan documents seemed to change at the last minute (i.e., the day I closed)
Andrew Martinson is phenomenal he surpassed All my expectations he worked through the 12th hour to make sure that everything was ready and on time. With the workload that I imagine he and everybody else that's doing refinancings today has it's amazing that he was able to do such fantastic work. I couldn't say enough about Andrew when I do my next refinance will definitely be with PennyMac and I hope I'm fortunate enough to have Andrew as my go-to guy. I also want to thank Natalie Navarro

I was left out of the loop for most of the process, I couldn’t get ahold of anyone and no one would call me back. Sandra Benavidez was the worst employee I’ve had the experience of working with. No one could get on the same page and convey information to each other. Even when she said she would CALL my realtor instead of email her she still didn’t do it. Sandra told me her boss would be giving me a call and I never received said call from the boss. Need more room to explain bad experience!
My loan agents Ruben Ruano and Sandra Benavidez were amazing. I could not ask for better service or advice in the mortgaging process. They both were very patient and accommodating. They both made this experience a happy memory for me.
