Excellent service
The closing date was changed without telling me. I had to call and ask the original closing date.
Everyone was great. They gave me all the information i needed and were very patient with my questions. I appreciated the regular updates on how the loan was progressing, especially the reassurance that all was well.
Mr. George Reid did an excellent job in walking me through the process for my home loan refinance. All of my questions were promptly addressed and PennyMac did a great job in making this an easy and stress-free experience. I would also like to thank the notary, Ms. Angela Williams (sp?), who was very prompt for our appointment and was also very well prepared for the signing.
It was a pleasure, painless and fast the way I like for a loan to go.
