Ryan communicated with me every step of the way through the process.
Everything went fine until closing. There was not clear communication between PennyMac and the Title company or my realtor as far as this was concerned. I never got an answer as to why my closing date changed/got delayed. Then, at closing, wrong documentation was sent and I ended up having to sign everything twice. Not good.....
To me what made this process so great was how easy the process was and how my questions were always answered. I always felt supported and knowledgeable throughout the entire process.

The timeline from application to closing was too long and inconsistent with what I was told when I applied. Multiple request for the same documents. My loan officer Marcia Wiggins did a great job of guiding me through the process. I don't believe any of the issues should be contributed to her. I was also contacted by multiple people to do my closing. Two people actually showed up for the closing.
I understood this was a busy time for your company with the low interest rate and large amount of interest in people refinancing. I had trouble with communications after I had requested information about refinancing. After initial contact I sent several emails and left phone messages and was told that my phone would not accept calls. I requested direction via email several times and did not receive that. The actual closing process was easy but took nearly 2 months to complete.
The loan process was good only because my presser Nick was very helpful and worked hard to get my loan completed.
Awesome transaction and everything went smoothly.
