Both the loan officer and processor were very friendly and easy to work with. The biggest concern was that the "website" that was to help us see what documents were needed and the timing of things did not always work correctly. I could have submitted docs quicker if that site had been more efficient.

I was very pleased with the whole process, it was short , easy and fast!! I started the application on the phone and the loan officer gave me al the information need it and options to for my loan. Me Benyo was very professional through the process. Also Mrs Carmelita Villarreal ( loan processor) was very accesible at all times responding to all my question regarding the loan. I definitely will recommend Penny Mac to my family and friends regarding for any financial services.

The first thing I would suggest is to change the way the loan processors are contacted. Calls and emails are touted to this centralized system so I can never talk my loan processor that day, that moment. If I have a question I have to wait for X amount of days for someone to get back to me. By that time I have 2 more questions. If I have a follow up question to the answer, there goes more time waiting. Extremely inefficient. Extremely frustrating.

Couldn’t reach anybody to answer my questions. Took much longer then was told. Thankfully my closing attorney called me the day before or everything would have been messed up.
