Phone calls were not returned in a timely manner, sometimes waited over a week. Others designated to cover in our Loan Officers abscence could not answers questions. Lack of follow-up. E-mails not answered.

Language barrier, hard to get hold of, had to close twice, answers hard to come by, you owe me $2242.12. Was advised to make 1 September 2020 payment due to Penny Mac mistakes funded 3 days late and was initially charged interest

When you have questions and concerns prior to closing and you call the number and name of the person you were given twice and no one calls you back, when you email these same questions twice because no one called calls you back and no one answers your emails, this tells me no one gives a crap about the customer! Closing customer service sux, application process was superb, thanks for the great service Doug, everyone else thanks for nothing!

Anytime I called I felt like the primary goal was to get me off the phone, not answer my questions. Multiple calls to my loan officer were never returned. There is a lack of desire to communicate with your customers. I understand everyone is busy, but ignoring customers is never okay.
