Frankly provide excellent service and I very much appreciated his time and quick turnaround to questions I posed to him. I cannot say the same for the support team who was supposed to respond to questions I asked that were out of Frankys purview. No one responded to me. When I informed Frankly of what had happened he was able to get me a response to my questions while I was on the phone. Franky did a phenomenal job standing in the gap and performing excellently as a Turnaround Agent!

PennyMac is very courteous. They show you that that wasn't your business. They refinanced my first home and mortgaged my forever home. They were willing to beat other mortgage companies' closing cost estimates. And I was also able to close a few days early. If I had questions or concerns they were very responsive whether it was email or phone. The PennyMac team is great!

there were 3 loan officers had to work with, so it took about a month and half for it to close my loan. I've never had this experience before. the documents had to submit and than resubmit. This was frustrating.

I really enjoyed working with Daily Webb. The rest of the process was bumpy, to say the least. Documents were requested from me not only twice, but sometimes up to 5 times after I had already submitted them. Then, time sensitive documents became outdated and had to be requested again. The communication from Ammie often did not match what Daily and I had agreed upon. It often felt like a situation where the right hand didn't know what the left hand was doing.

You hear so many horror stories about refinancing but this process was 100% the opposite. It was quick, Liam and the rest of the MAC team were extremely helpful and kept me in the loop all the way. Great Job!
