Janette Matthews was a very helpful and professional throughout my experience! She always responded to my concerns within one business day and often times sooner! Prior to her taking over my account through this process, I was given false information by the person who initially met with me telephonically Kenney in the beginning of this process.
It would have been better if our loan rep would have called us back or just overall communicated with us. He never answered the phone or responded to emails. To get anything accomplished we had to reach out to another person. We also ended up having to sign documents twice because he messed up the first time. I’m glad we got to refinance but I’m actually annoyed that we have to stay with you as a company now. Our experience was that bad. I mean, AWFUL. Truly TERRIBLE.
Jericha was very friendly and her communication skills were very good. Further, Jericha promptly returned phone calls and kept in contact with me through the whole loan process. If I was to go through the loan process again, I would want Jericha as part of the loan processing team.
It was great working the loan officer team I was surprise with the efficiency and processing was quick. Definitely a great experience with them.
I believe that the reason we had such a great experience is all due to Yamila Jaimes our Home Loan Specialist. She clearly explained the entire process to us, all required timelines, everything that was needed of us! When speaking to her on the phone it was like talking to an old friend! We totally appreciated her outstanding customer service! The next time that I have anything to do with PennyMac she will be the first person I call even if that’s not her area..lol! Thank you so much Yamila!!
