He worked hard to earn my business. Once I agreed to the terms the PennyMac Team walked me through the paperwork I needed. There were slight delays, but only a few days which felt like weeks. Communication was awful. The company knew we wanted and were prepared for early closing, but seemed to purposely string us along for weeks. We felt like we were guiding the company instead of them assuming their proper role.
