I was asked several times for documents that had been previously supplied. The notary handling my closing was sent my closing documents & contact information 6 hours prior to my closing appointment. The final amount owed at closing had changed from the information I had access to on the PennyMac website. My cashiers check was now for too much. This should have been a pretty simple transaction since I was refinancing an existing PennyMac loan, but it took over 90 days.

We were not informed by our loan officer that we have to pay closing cost fees the escrow officer went to our house did the closing and asked for closing cost. technically before closing loan officer will emailed us in where to Pay/wired money Miscommunication and the instructions are not clearly addressed

I just want to make sure that the new Loan and the old loan that was paid 319618 is right because I made a payment on September 1 and the new principle was 318989 so where did the 700 more come from?
