From initiation off applications to closing all parties involved in the process was very courteous, efficient, professional and timely. Would definitely recommend PennyMac to others.
We shopped for a re-finance, and decided to stay with PennyMac. Everything went smoothly, exactly as they said it would. We would make the same choice again.
It took 4 months to close this simple streamline refinance. I had to walk away from first closing because cash to close was not what Antonio advised me to be prepared to pay. It took involving his upper management team to get the loan closed. After I closed, I continued to get calls from Antonio to set up my closing and I had to call his upper management team again to let him know the loan already closed. Antonio was told on numerous occasions not to call me until after 5pm but didn’t.
