I’d like to first say that after the initial start of the process things went very smoothly. At first, there was some bumps and miss communication that prevented us from moving forward, but after escalating this to a supervisor, the issues were addressed and our process for moving forward started again and very much in a positive way. My Mac team did contact us and we did send an email to the Mac team regarding a question we had; this question was never answered. That said, we are very pleased.

The M.A.C Team was very efficient from the Loan Officer thru to the Closing person. Seamless closing!! Qudos to Mr Renzi and Mr Hermes. Thanks for awesome customer service!!! Both are excellent assets to PennyMac.

It was good. Just took a really long time and had to keep sending my paystub because it took so long. And info were request that didn’t make sense at time. But we got it done. That’s the main goal.
