COMMUNICATION!! I get we are in different times right now and people are working from home. I also understand my loan officer moved to a different position. When calling you automatically go to an automated voicemail. I would recieve a phone call late in the evening, and return the call right back and never get a reply. I have emails I have sent and still never responded. This was a complete joke. My wife's social was incorrect on all documents and still not fixed. Someone return my call!
Carolyn was great to start off. Always prompt and responsive. My bad experience was not her fault at all. The issue is there is a disconnect between them and the reviewers. Last minute I was being asked for documents that take time to get. Also I started off with Daniel and he was in communication with my real estate agent. Then, further into the loan process he fell off and Carolyn took over and my agent not aware was still reaching out to Daniel and not getting a response. Also had an issue wi
Christine was very accessible and she either answered my calls directly or called me back promptly to answer any questions I had. She was great through the process.
Kyle was absolutely wonderful! All of my questions were answered expeditiously! I called, he called back. I sent an email, he responded the same day. Please note, I reached out before and after traditional business hours. I would recommend Kyle to my friends. He is very responsive and very professional. He made me feel I was his only client!

It was a great decision that i chose to refinance with PennyMac. The whole experience was very smooth, from getting a quote to closing. Kyle was very prompt in keeping me updates and answering all my questions throughout the process. It was a pleasure working with the whole MAC team and i look forward to working with them again in the future.

Clear lack of communication with the whole org. Closing documents were incorrect multiple times. Closing date was a month longer than initially quoted, causing me to pay a late fee on my mortgage, for which i was assured would be refunded and never was. Tiffany is also quite rude, talks very fast like she is trying to get you off the phone as fast as she can. Absolutely horrible experience. Also, where is my late fee i was promised would be returned?
