Not only was the loan a great APR, everything was clearly explained, step by step, and the loan closed quicker than I expected. The whole process was quick and easy, much better than the initial closing on my home, and my information wasn't sold to outside companies, like it was by the other companies that I compared rates with.

The process was easy. I think COVID affected how fast it went so if it wasn’t for COVID I think everything would have been done on time . Overall it was easy and as quick as they could make it

I received excellent customer service from particularly Ms. Prasad (initiating Loan Officer) and Ms. Garcia (my day to day contact during processing). Both were most attentive and helpful. I felt like a valued customer and "not just a number." They explained the process and what to expect, and kept in close contact throughout. They were professional and friendly at each and every contact, and explained things clearly and patiently.
