Process was very easy and my processor was in constant communication with me. She addressed any questions or concerns i had with my loan.
I was very happy with my refinance experience from start to finish. The hand-off from Mr. Derek Esterberg to Mr Andrew Mortenson was flawless. The communication was very clear and only requested the required documentations once. All of our questions were answered to our satisfaction and all our phone calls and emails were returned or answered. I would like to thank the two gentlemen who helped us in our refinancing and I commend their great effort in getting the job done right.
Better communication from loan officer. Donl't make promises you can't keep. Don't say things about loan costs and out of pocket charges and then not commit to them. When a customer calls you, texts you and emails you with request for information, call the customer back. Don't have multiple people call the customer to set up a closing date when the customer hasn't even seen the fact sheet on his loan. All in all, the end result was great. It was just a bit messy getting there.
Edna's was great. The whole process took a month and a half which is unaccepatable. After I complained about the timeframes, I was approved and ready to close the next day.

I cant believe how simple and quick you made this whole process. I have refinanced other home loans in the past and this was by far the best experience from ease with the use of the internet to sign documents to you arranging a notary to come to my home to sign closing documents. if I had known it would have been so easy I would have done this sooner. thank you for your expertise and fast service.
Very pleased with level of service and end results, overall good team to work with. Closing was a bit long but in the end it worked out.
