Your team was really engaged in the process. We always felt that we were being taken care of and listened to. Issues were clarified quickly when we had questions.
I enjoyed working with Will Taylor and Ronsha (Shay) Lawson. Shay was responsive and courteous whenever we spoke with her. There was an issue with my husband's name being spelled incorrectly on the closing paperwork. Shay was apologetic and made sure to waive an interest charge associated with the issue. Our decision to refinance was a good one and I'm glad we decided to stay with PennyMac.
The loan process went smoothly.
Multiple times now I have had to deal with Penny Mac in regards to my initial mortgage or more recent Re-fi. They are ALWAYS efficient, timely and beyond professional. World class service.
