The original loan officer was rude in communication and sent encrypted emails. I responded by copying and pasting the email in to the regular email letting him know this was not ok. This was not Jordan Smith, as he was great and responded to our emails without any issues.
Since we already were a Pennymac customer, the process went smoothly. They were able to meet the projected closing costs from two other lenders we were considering. The refi closed within two weeks of the initial projected date. Thank you for all your help
Kristen was great but underwriting needs to get their collective acts together. Last-minute requests when we already approved nearly cost us our closing date.
