Great experience !
Had PennyMac for 3 years. Love their very workable website. Just redid my loan with a low rate and dropped my PMI, which others could not do. Met all my needs and will always stay with PennyMac. Thanks Barry from Penn.
Consider another option, just good enough and great are far apart. Our experience was good but not great.
Refinancing my loan took longer than 3 months. My initial closing date was june 2020. Pennymac is my moetgage lender and still took longer than 3 months to close and I'm still not sure why
I didn't receive clear or sometimes any communication from my loan processor to my questions. I am still waiting on answers and we signed our closing papers last week. I had a late payment charged because we didn't close in August and I was assured that it would be removed, but it was included in the closing documents. I sent many different emails and left voicemails and never received answers or responses.
Erica did a great job communicating with me about my loan.
I was happy to do my refinance with PennyMac.
It was really great working with pennymac
I have liked PennyMac since my loan was sent to them - they are a great company to deal with.
