There needed to be more communication about my loan progress. I started the process in May of 2020 and it just closed end of September. There were weeks that went by where I didn't hear from anyone and I had to reach out about the progress.

The timeframe took MUCH longer than expected and there were no updates on the timeline unless I reached out first. This is not a direct reflection of Jacob; he was great!

Over 120 days to close for a straightforward refinance on the same house with the same company???? Long periods of time without a response after multiple emails and calls for an update - including escalation to Christina (Nikki) Sullivan and Diego Cabello. 4 attempts at closing disclosure. Three reschedules of the closing date. And when we thought it was worked out - our loan application was CANCELLED and another reschedule! Never again! Friends and family could not believe it!

The whole process took too long, and there were some unexpected situations that we thought could have been handled differently, but I said it was great because we were able to close at the end despite all that transpired.
