From the moment the process started I was amazed w/the continued updates, status emailsand even personal phone calls that I received to keep me apprised of my loan. I raved to my friends and co-workers about it and how I had never had this kind of experience. The only hiccup was the last 24 hrs when I did not receive the phone call with the final closing cost #'s. No word the next morning either. Closing was at 1:30pm, finally at noon, I rec'd email w/info. This was stressful, but completed at 3

They worked very hard to get are close done. Always clear about what they need and what I needed to do. They were very nice all the time.
All good finance a home always some irritation but this went smoothly since more than one person to assist you if questions arise.

The ndividuals I dealt with were courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and efficient as well as personable and friendly.
In the plus column 1) the rate and terms that I got from PM were very good compared to other lenders and 2) when I was able to speak with people they were very helpful. However, I often had a hard time getting a hold of people. My first refinance application "expired" while I was trying to get an answer to a question about the closing documents, although no one had ever communicated an expiration date of any kind to me. There were other communication issues as well
Super easy VA IRRL process and start to finish took one third of expected time frame even with an unexpected delay
