I closed on my home weeks sooner than expected to my surprise. The process was easy and very simple. All questions were answered and I can’t wait to do business with them again!

The team that I was given with Penny Mac was exceptional they communicated with me often they called me whenever anything was needed they called to confirm that I received things I responded promptly and they responded promptly as well whenever I had a question somebody was there to answer it whenever I sent an email I always received a response they were great
Overall good service and closing within expected timeline.
