Everything went well. Perhaps some effort to get ALL document requirements clearly communicated early and up front. Only slightly irritated and inconvenienced by several “last minute “ additional documents requests. But overall very pleased. Thanks

The loan processor that I called for a few questions was rude, and hung up while I was still talking.
Tommy Palacios (loan officer) and Rosario Lopez (loan specialist) were great, very professional and efficient. They communicated all the way through the process. If I had any questions I was always able to reach them and get my questions answered.
