Knowing this is probably the worst time to refi but we are trying to relieve our debit to aid with being debt free by 2025. The Pennymac Team was great in this process thru every step.
This is my 3rd mortgage with PennyMac and the very best experience mostly because of Kaitlyn. She is very proactive, excellent listening skills, and made sure all the details were professionally cared for during the entire porcess.
The one thing that I had an issue with was question of how many witnesses we needed at closing & who it could be. I was told more than once that we needed 2 & they could be relatives. The attorney requested one witness & it could not be a relative.
