You took the time to talk to me and explain things to me. I wish I had had that by the original Realetor and Title people. They just wanted the sale anyway they could get it. For a (0,00 plus house I have had to put in so far over $20,00 into it and I have not scratched the tip of the iceburg. I have just recently spent $7,700 to fix the whole north wall to my basement to keep the floor above it from falling into the basement. They put 7 90" steel beams lining the length of the north wall
