Quick, painless, responsive to requests
For the most all was very good. The response to my questions (emails) was slow. Alll and all it went well. One suggestion, with people working remotely, their phone numbers when calling clients should reflect they are calling from PennyMac. UNKNOWN calls go unanswered most often at least with me. Thank you.
