Rashawna was awesome! There was issue with the title company on the day of closing but she was on it. She follow-up up with us when she said she would and made sure the issue with the title company was taken care and was done timely. We greatly enjoyed our experience working with her!
Excellent service!
We did a VA streamline. We had the initial communication with Jason who was excellent. We got a note from Rhashid. We called her to ask about the Insurance and property tax. They were due to be paid before our closing date. She could not answer the questions. We got may 3 more emails asking about the title. We initiated one other call to inquire about closing date. Then we were texted from the closing agent to set time.
It was quick and fast with no problems from start to finish
My loan processor Kyle always stayed in touch with me. Every time I needed him he was always there to answer any questions I had. Kyle provided excellent customer service and I enjoyed working with him through my refinance process.
The entire process from start to finish to refinance my home was quick and painless.

Every person I spoke with was knowledgeable and very helpful. I got the feeling they really did care about doing all they could to help me get the results I was looking for. Thanks again it was a pleasure working with y’all.
Emails weren't answered very quickly, and I had left voicemails as well. Some of the document requests were a bit confusing, as well as where to upload them in the portal. Very kind people that were knowledgeable, but the process itself was a tiny bit rough.
