Faster turn around not almost 6 months, was told had a refund of 2000, when sat to close the actual refund was 243.00, lack of communication.

Everyone on the team was great except Maranda Howard. I had an issue with accessing a document. As soon as I realized their was an issue I emailed Gabriel Mann (he was great as well), he responded quickly and forwarded the email to Maranda Howard. I heard nothing back until the evening before my closing. Then every time I tried to call her the phone would cut off when it was transferred to her. She has poor communication and that almost kept us from closing.
