There was nothing wrong with the person - Liem was put in a very difficult situation and did the best he could. The process is terrible. We started our loan request in Mid-May and were told there would be no apprasial fee and it should close by the end of June. We were asked for the same documents up to three times. In July, for three weeks in a row - we were told the loan would close 'next week'. This was a refinance with PennyMac who held our original loan and it still took forever.
