Great service
There were issues with closing 2 properties at the same time. Having 2 different appraisers and 2 different underwriters caused timing and paperwork issues. I'm not sure how often it happens but maybe when a buyer closes multiple properties right next to each other you broker 1 appraiser and 1 underwriter just to streamline the process. There was also some confusion on the closing paperwork. My information was different between the 2 sets of paperwork. It was handled well.
