It was simple and straight forward. By far the easiest and most convenient it could have been.
The process was quick and easy the loan officer was nice and informative could call on a Lan line was little hard to understand on the cell phone due to Covid.

The refinancing process went smoothly for me! It took just about a month from me submitting the application in Mid-July to mid-August closing! Granted an appraisal was not required, which could have taken a bit longer to schedule and complete. Both the loan officer Ryan Tang and a member of the m.a.c. Team, Lori Gibson were very professional and responsive throughout the refinancing process. Lori clearly explained the process and provided weekly status. Due to Covid-19,closed at home with Notary

We have been a customer for over 5 years and went to refinance. They were informative, professional, and very helpful. The whole process was about 1 hour and we were able to close in 2 weeks! I am very pleased with this mortgage company.
The loan officer was professional, courteous and very helpful, then his assistant Kristina entered the picture. She was positioned between me and the loan officer. She contacted me with outdated information, asking for documents and asking questions that had already been discussed and answered. Even after repeated requests by me that she not contact me or be involved with my loan, she continued to be involved adding frustration and unneeded stress to the loan process.
