Once I got in contact with my loan officer everything went very well and very quickly. Both Ms. Angel Potts and Ms. Paulette Wiley were very professional, courteous and helpful. I've already sent two other friends to PennyMac.
All information requested I was able to upload documents securely. Hilda was available to assist with any of my question and help resolve a closing issue
Saviz and Liem were great. Even when we had a horrible experience with our notary trying to sign closing documents.
The lack of communication and the difficulty in reaching the person you've been assigned to work with was incredibly annoying. The emails went to everyone on the m.a.c. Team, so more often than not, Antonio never saw them. I would try to call him and some of the people answering the phone had no idea who he was. I would get sent to a mailbox and would have no idea if it was even the correct person I was leaving a message for. Not a fan of how you have this part set up!!
The solar panels are leased. I pay a fee based on energy use and if I dont pay they remove the panels. I sent you 20 pages of the contract, then you wanted to know how much my payment was every month. It is a utility bill, based on energy use.
The refinancing process with PennyMac was very pleasant. Our loan specialist, Lauren Aslin was fantastic. A speedier process would have been my only request.

Kyle was a fantastic representation of your company. He was prompt, knowledgeable and I believe the repeated difficulties we ran into were not caused by him. I appreciate his work and time he used on my account. I will pointedly say that this deal was only saved by his efforts after the closing date and closing amount changed repeatedly. I was more than ready to walk away and his efforts talked me down. In the future more accurate information would be greatly appreciated. - David
