A more experienced Loan Specialist would have significantly improved my experience. I have bought three houses with PennyMac and the last one was terrible. The other two were very good experiences. If it wasn't for Dennis Wang, I do not believe my loan would have closed on time or at all. My initial Loan Officer was very good as well.

I do realize that your company is very busy due to the extremely low interest rates, and have taken that into consideration throughout my ordeal. My experience was that whenever there was a problem, there was radio silence from my loan processor--not just Pache but also Nicholas. My calls and emails were not returned as they should be--and if they were, they were certainly not timely. It took 5 months to close what was supposed to be "the easiest type of refi" possible.
The loan didn't close in the time I expected, it was WAY FASTER! BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! Please give Nick Hagan a raise because he truly deserves it! I never had to call PennyMac for a status update or to ask questions because he kept me informed through the entire process regardless if there was a status change or not. Phenomenal Nick!!!!!!! Thank you!!!!!

signing of the closing documents were delay by 2 hours with no communication with me. i had to call the closing person to find out what was going on,
Was easy process, he was very patient with me and helped me all the way till end of the process. Every time I tried to contact him he replied. We had good communication.
P-Mac pulled an additional Payment of $1292.78 for my old loan AFTER I closed on my new VA IRRL loan. I am a disabled veteran living on a fixed income and need this money returned YESTERDAY. Absolutely UNPROFESSIONAL! I have four sons...all American military veterans...and none of them will ever use Penny Mac after what you have done to me.
