I was contacted by PennyMac to lower my interest rate a few months ago and it wasn't worth going through the process. But they stayed in contact with me and came back to a rate the was worth the change. It was quick and painless. I saved around $100 a month. That $100 will be used to reduce the principal and pay off the loan quicker. Thanks PennyMac.

My loan processor was excellent however if she was out of the office I wouldn’t get a call back or get my questions answered my loan officer was extremely difficult to get in contact with. I felt like that once I signed up for the refinance my business wasn’t appreciated or valued.At one point of the process I even contacted a competitive Wells Fargo got approved for a lower rate almost went with them but came back to Penny Mac because I was too close to the closing process

Although some documents were requested twice (pay stubs) I do not blame Jordan. I just equate it to covid-19 and everything taking longer. Jordan and the whole team were excellent1
