Getting my application approved was fine. After that, it was terrible. You have the worst communication model. You need to have a point person assigned to every loan and EXTENSIONS for every person. It was so frustrating only being able to talk to the "loan processor", who then had to email the closing team about any questions or concerns I had. We closed 3 days late because of the incompetence of the mysterious closing team. Confusing and terrible.
Absolutely Professional!! Smooth and Painless!! All figures and financial expectations spot on!! Let's do it ever few months if the rates continue to drop!!! Thanks again.....
